Houston Synergy Philosophy
When we say "For The Kids" we truly mean "For Every Kid." Our goal at Houston Synergy Track & Field is to develop athletes physically and mentally, building a program that nourishes, teaches encourages and fosters athletes' development not only in track and field, but in all aspects of life. Houston Synergy Track and Field is a relatively small club for its sport, with less than 60 athletes. The quality of those athletes is impressive, as 49 of them qualified for the AAU Junior Olympics.
